The crew installed a 30-foot steel I-beam to provide additional support and correct sagging in the existing floor structure. Alongside the beam installation, one damaged floor joist was replaced to restore proper load distribution and floor integrity. Americrawl was contacted by a homeowner in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to address concerns with moisture and wood deterioration in the crawl space.
