Job completed for Kurt B.

Completion date: January 12, 2023

Location: Sharpsville, IN

Solutions provided:

This project focused on improving the structural stability of a crawl space floor system. The crew installed a 30-foot steel I-beam to provide additional support and correct sagging in the existing floor structure. Alongside the beam installation, one damaged floor joist was replaced to restore proper load distribution and floor integrity.
To further reinforce the structure, six SmartJack adjustable support posts were strategically placed beneath the new beam. These SmartJacks allow for precise leveling and long-term stability, ensuring the floor remains properly supported and resistant to future settlement.
