We completed one lintel footing pour in the crawl space to reinforce structural stability and provide long-lasting support. Additionally, we installed 140 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation, creating a moisture barrier that improves air quality and protects the crawl space environment.
To further enhance protection, we applied 140 square feet of Foster Mold-Resistant Coating on the exposed surfaces. This treatment helps prevent mold growth and ensures a cleaner, healthier crawl space.
