Michael of Greenfield, IN, a previous customer of Americrawl, was experiencing sagging floors in his 1970s ranch home. He knew that Americrawl could help with his structural foundation repair needs.

Mark inspected the property and proposed the following repairs:
- 20-foot sill plate
- 6-foot 4-inch steel beam
- 15 sister joists, each 4 feet 7 inches long
- 2 SmartJacks
Michael agreed to the foundation repair costs and scheduled the work to be completed.
The installation team, led by Foreman Celeo, arrived and installed the two SmartJacks along with 6 feet of the 4-inch steel beam. The SmartJacks and steel beam successfully lifted the sagging floors. With the replaced sill plate and sister joists in place, the floors are now stabilized.
