This repeat customer completed the project in multiple stages to systematically address moisture control and crawlspace conditions. The first phase of work included the installation of approximately 106 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along with one AmeriSump sump pump to effectively collect and discharge groundwater away from the crawlspace and foundation. The second phase consisted of installing approximately 1,248 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system, creating a continuous vapor barrier to reduce ground moisture, control humidity, and protect structural components. The third phase involved the installation of a Santa Fe Sedona dehumidifier to further regulate moisture levels and improve overall air quality within the crawlspace. Additional replacement filters were also purchased for the dehumidifier to support ongoing maintenance and ensure long-term, efficient operation of the system.
