Our team completed a comprehensive crawl space encapsulation covering 1,200 square feet with the CleanSpace system. This premium vapor barrier was installed to seal the crawl space floor and walls, preventing ground moisture and humidity from entering the home.
As part of the project, we also installed one durable steel crawl space access door, providing a secure and long-lasting entry point that is resistant to rust and weather damage.
To help manage roof water runoff and reduce the risk of water intrusion near the foundation, we added two downspout extensions totaling 15 feet in length. These extensions direct rainwater away from the home, protecting the foundation and crawl space from excess moisture.
