This project focused on eliminating water intrusion and controlling moisture within the crawl space to protect the home’s foundation. Our team installed 168 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System, a reliable solution designed to capture and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. This system helps ensure a dry and stable crawl space environment year-round.
To manage water collection and removal, we installed two AmeriSump sump pump stations, providing a dual-pump solution for maximum efficiency and peace of mind during heavy rains. To complement this system, we added two extended downspout extensions, each over 20 feet in length, directing roof runoff safely away from the foundation to prevent future water problems.
For enhanced moisture control, the crawl space was protected with 1,260 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier,
