Once the mold was remediated, we installed a CleanSpace® encapsulation system, a 20 mil., reinforced, antimicrobial vapor barrier across the crawl space floor and walls. For improved access and security, a Turtle® crawl space access door was installed. This durable entry allows easy inspection and maintenance while keeping pests, debris, and outside air out of the crawl space.

Americrawl recently completed a crawl space waterproofing project featuring 200 linear feet of crawlspace drainage and a durable vapor barrier system. Our team installed a high-performance drainage system to redirect excess groundwater away from the foundation, protecting against flooding, standing water, and long-term structural damage. To further safeguard the home, we applied a heavy-duty vapor barrier to seal the crawlspace floor, preventing moisture from entering the living space. This comprehensive solution improves indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and the overall health of the home while ensuring long-lasting crawl space protection and foundation stability.

We installed 190 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System to effectively manage water intrusion and maintain a dry crawl space. To further protect the home from moisture and improve air quality, we encapsulated the area with 1,602 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier. Additionally, we applied 1,602 square feet of Timbor treatment to all exposed wood surfaces. This preventive treatment helps guard against mold, wood decay, and pest activity, ensuring long-term structural integrity and a healthier home environment.

This system was then connected to a newly installed AmeriSump sump pump, ensuring reliable removal of water from the crawl space even during heavy rainfall. To further enhance moisture control, we installed 782 square feet of CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This durable liner was applied across the crawl space floor and walls to create a sealed environment that helps prevent mold growth, reduces humidity, and improves overall air quality throughout the home. The encapsulation also adds long-term protection for the home’s structural components by preventing future moisture-related deterioration.

The installation team completed the installation of 765 square feet of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to effectively isolate the area from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation walls and penetrations to create a continuous and durable moisture barrier, helping protect structural components and improve the overall crawlspace environment. In addition, a concrete lintel was poured to reinforce and protect the foundation at the affected opening. The lintel was properly formed and installed to ensure adequate load transfer and structural support, helping restore stability and prevent further movement in the area. Together, these improvements provide enhanced moisture control and structural reinforcement for long-term performance.

Our crew received a comprehensive moisture-control upgrade involving drainage, mechanical water removal, and ground vapor protection. A total of 92 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter, set in a graded trench with aggregate backfill to channel groundwater toward the sump point. A single AmeriSump sump station was installed, including basin placement, pump installation, and sealed discharge routing for active groundwater evacuation. The 500 sq. ft. vapor barrier was laid over the prepared substrate with sealed seams to reduce ground-moisture vapor transmission. Soil extraction and regrading were performed to correct elevations and ensure proper hydraulic flow to the drainage system. The completed work provides improved water management, lower moisture levels, and enhanced long-term crawl space stability.

Our team installed 136 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System, designed to efficiently capture and direct groundwater away from the crawl space. This system was paired with one AmeriSump sump station, ensuring reliable water removal for long-term moisture control. To further protect the space, we encapsulated the area with 1,700 square feet of durable vapor barrier, helps prevents humidity, mold, and structural damage. For improved airflow and ventilation, we also installed eight new crawl space vent replacements, enhancing the overall health and efficiency of the crawl space.

For this project, our crew completed a full crawl space and structural repair system, ensuring long-term stability and moisture protection. 128 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system was installed to manage groundwater and prevent future flooding. 1 AmeriSump sump station was added to provide reliable water removal. 1,400 square feet of vapor barrier was placed across the crawl space to protect against moisture, mold, and humidity. 34 feet of rim joist and plate were replaced to restore the integrity of the crawl space perimeter. 96 feet of sill plate replacement was completed to reinforce structural support where damage had occurred. 60 full-length joists were replaced, ensuring the floor system above is fully stabilized and supported.
