The installation team completed the installation of one TripleSafe sump station to provide advanced groundwater management and enhanced protection against basement flooding. The TripleSafe system incorporates three levels of defense within a single sump basin, including a primary pump for everyday water removal, a secondary pump for periods of high water volume, and a battery-powered backup pump designed to operate during power outages. The system was professionally installed to efficiently collect and discharge groundwater away from the home's foundation through a dedicated discharge line. This multi-pump configuration provides increased pumping capacity, built-in redundancy, and reliable performance during severe weather conditions or unexpected pump failures. The TripleSafe sump station offers comprehensive, year-round protection and helps maintain a dry, secure basement environment.

The installation team completed the installation of 18 linear feet of the AkwaGuard basement interior drainage system along the foundation wall to intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure in the affected area. The system was installed at the footing level to ensure proper water collection and flow. In addition, 6 linear feet of trench drain was installed at the walk-out basement door to capture surface water before it can enter the basement. The trench drain was strategically placed and integrated with the drainage system, with both systems tied into the customer’s existing sump pump to ensure efficient discharge of collected water. Together, these improvements provide targeted water control at a key entry point and enhance the overall effectiveness of the basement waterproofing system.

The installation team completed the installation of 146 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior crawlspace drainage system along the foundation perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The system was carefully positioned to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow toward the sump location. To manage the collected water, one SuperSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line. To further control ground moisture and humidity, 1,222 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation walls and penetrations to create a continuous and durable vapor barrier. The project was completed with the installation of one steel crawlspace access door, providing improved durability, security, and protection at the entry point. Together, these upgrades create a comprehensive moisture management system that enhances crawlspace conditions and helps protect the home’s structural integrity over the long term.

Americrawl provided a complete solution to repair the musty odor coming from the customer's crawlspace by addressing both moisture and ventilation issues. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces and penetrations to create a continuous and durable moisture barrier, helping protect structural components and improve overall air quality. The project also included a full crawlspace cleanout, removing all debris and organic materials to create a clean, serviceable environment. One Turtle crawlspace access cover was installed to provide a durable, weather-resistant entry point while maintaining the integrity of the encapsulated system. In addition, the dryer vent was reinstalled to ensure proper ventilation and safe exhaust of moisture and lint to the exterior. Together, these improvements enhance moisture control, accessibility, and overall crawlspace performance.

For this project, our team installed 136 linear feet of the AkwaGuard Basement Drainage System to address ongoing water intrusion and protect the basement from future moisture issues. The system was  installed along the perimeter of the basement to capture groundwater before it could enter the living space. To maximize efficiency, the new drainage line was tied directly into the existing sump pit, allowing water to be safely collected and discharged away from the foundation. By integrating the AkwaGuard system with the homeowner’s current sump setup, we provided a cost-effective and long-lasting solution.

Our expert crew completed targeted structural repairs to restore strength and stability to the affected area of the home. Work included replacement of approximately 5 linear feet of damaged sill plate, installation of four sistered floor joists to reinforce weakened framing, and construction of one box header cap to properly support and transfer structural loads. These repairs corrected compromised structural components, improved load distribution, and helped ensure the long-term integrity of the floor system and foundation connection.

Our team performed a full crawl space cleanout to remove debris and create a safe, dry environment. As part of the water management solution, we installed 124 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System, ensuring proper water redirection to keep the space dry and protected. The system was connected to one AmeriSump sump pump station for efficient water removal. To improve accessibility and durability, we installed one steel access door, providing a secure and long-lasting entry point to the crawl space. Additionally, the entire wood structure was treated with Timbor spray, a proven solution for mold and pest prevention, protecting the integrity of the framing. Significant structural repairs were completed, including 48 linear feet of sill plate replacement, 21 sister joists for added reinforcement, and 17 box header caps to strengthen critical load-bearing areas.
