Basement Waterproofing, Crawl Space & Foundation Repair in Orestes

The crew installed 180 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the interior perimeter of the crawl space to efficiently capture and redirect groundwater. A SuperSump sump station was added to provide reliable water removal and protect against future flooding. Additionally, 1,550 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed to create a clean, moisture-controlled environment. A new steel crawl space access door was fitted for secure and durable entry. The project also included structural wood repairs, addressing damaged sill plates and joists to restore stability and integrity to the floor system.

Our crew installed atotal of 67 linear feet of the AkwaGuard drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter to capture and direct groundwater intrusion efficiently and a new AmeriSump sump pump system was installed and connected to the drainage line to ensure reliable removal of collected water from the basement.

The installation team completed the installation of 116 linear feet of the AkwaGuard basement interior drainage system along the foundation perimeter to intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure before water can reach the basement floor. The drainage channel was carefully installed within a perimeter trench at the footing level to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow toward the sump location.

To manage the collected water, one AmeriSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge water away from the home’s foundation through a dedicated exterior discharge line. In addition, one IceGuard discharge line protection system was installed on the exterior to help prevent backups in the event the discharge line becomes frozen or obstructed during colder temperatures. Together, these components create a reliable basement waterproofing system designed to protect the foundation and maintain a dry, controlled basement environment.
