To address severe termite-related structural deterioration, Americrawl implemented a comprehensive foundation repair solution designed to restore the home's safety and stability. The project involved the replacement of 11 full floor joists, a 16-foot sill plate, a 14-foot center beam, and a 12-foot rim joist with an integrated sill plate—key components that support the home's structural integrity. Additionally, we replaced 48 square feet of subflooring in the southeast corner and 100 square feet in the back bedroom to eliminate compromised materials and ensure a solid base for future flooring.
