Americrawl completed a full crawlspace improvement project designed to address water intrusion, humidity, and structural preservation. The work included the installation of a comprehensive AmeriDrain drainage system, consisting of 186 linear feet of interior drainage to effectively capture and channel groundwater to a new AmeriSump sump station. This system ensures proper water management, reducing hydrostatic pressure and preventing future flooding or pooling within the crawlspace. Additionally, the team installed 1,250 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire floor surface. This durable vapor barrier helps prevent ground moisture from evaporating into the air, reducing humidity and the risk of mold or wood decay. As part of the crawl space repair process, six new crawlspace vent replacements were installed to improve airflow control and enhance the overall efficiency of the crawl space. These vents also provide a clean, finished look to the exterior access points.

For this project, our team completed a full crawl space improvement plan designed to address moisture control and structural protection. The work included: 190 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System installed around the crawl space perimeter to efficiently manage groundwater and prevent flooding issues. One full crawl space cleanout, removing all debris, old insulation, and any organic material that could contribute to mold or wood rot. One AmeriSump Sump Station installed as the central pumping solution for effective water removal and long-term reliability. 1,685 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier installed across the entire crawl space floor to seal out ground moisture and improve air quality. 1,685 square feet of Timbor Spray applied to all exposed wood surfaces, providing a long-lasting protective treatment against mold, mildew, and wood-destroying insects.

This crawlspace project included the installation of approximately 140 linear feet of the AmeriDrain crawlspace drainage system to effectively collect and direct groundwater, along with one AmeriSump sump station to manage water removal and help maintain a dry, healthy crawlspace environment. A three-block steel access door was also installed to provide secure and durable entry to the crawlspace. In addition, a vapor barrier was installed over approximately 1,350 square feet to reduce moisture intrusion, improve air quality, and enhance the overall durability and energy efficiency of the structure.

This project involved a comprehensive reinforcement of the crawlspace structure to address sagging floors and ensure long-term stability. The scope of work included: 5 SmartJacks installed along the existing center beam to provide additional support and correct any settling or unevenness in the floor system. Installation of a 34-foot 2x10 helper beam paired with 8 SmartJacks set on 8 custom-poured concrete pads to distribute weight evenly and strengthen load-bearing capacity. An additional 38-foot 2x10 helper beam was installed, supported by 10 SmartJacks, each positioned on 10 individually poured concrete pads for maximum stability and durability. These combined measures deliver adjustable, permanent support to the floor system, preventing future settlement and maintaining structural integrity throughout the home.

This crawlspace repair project included the installation of 270 linear feet of interior crawlspace drainage to collect and direct groundwater to a high-performance sump pump system with a discharge line, helping protect the crawlspace from water intrusion. To further safeguard the structure, TimBor® treatment was applied to exposed wood surfaces to help prevent wood decay and mold growth. The crawlspace was then fully sealed with 2,550 square feet of CleanSpace® crawlspace encapsulation, creating a durable moisture barrier that helps reduce humidity, improve energy efficiency, and protect indoor air quality. A dehumidifier was also installed to control excess moisture year-round, providing a complete wet crawlspace repair solution designed to keep the crawlspace dry, healthy, and structurally sound.

For this project, our team installed 146 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system paired with one AmeriSump sump pump station to effectively remove groundwater and prevent moisture buildup in the crawlspace. In addition to moisture control, we addressed significant structural concerns. Repairs included replacing 26 feet of sill plate, installing 16 sister joists, and installing 3 full-length floor joists to restore strength and stability to the home’s foundation  system. To complete the job, we installed a 6-mil vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor, providing a protective layer to reduce ground moisture and create a cleaner, healthier environment.

This homeowner’s crawl space was upgraded with a complete waterproofing and protection system to eliminate moisture issues and improve air quality. Americrawl installed 143 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the crawl space to effectively manage groundwater and prevent future flooding. A SuperSump sump station was added to ensure reliable water removal and long-term protection from water intrusion. The area was then encapsulated with 1,025 square feet of CleanSpace liner, creating a clean, dry, and energy-efficient environment beneath the home. To provide lasting protection against wood decay and mold growth, the entire area received a Timbor Spray treatment covering 1,025 square feet of exposed wood surfaces. The project was completed with the installation of a new steel crawl space access door, improving both durability and accessibility.
