Our expert crew completed a full crawlspace waterproofing and encapsulation system designed to provide long-term moisture control and structural protection. The project included installation of 160 linear feet of the AmeriDrain interior drainage system along the crawlspace perimeter to intercept groundwater and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the foundation walls. The drainage system was properly pitched and routed to a newly installed SuperSump sump station, engineered to efficiently collect and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line.
To further protect the crawlspace environment, 1,430 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across the floor and sealed along the walls and penetrations. This reinforced vapor barrier isolates the crawlspace from ground moisture, reduces humidity levels, and helps protect structural components from moisture-related deterioration. The project was completed with the installation of one steel crawlspace access door, improving durability, insulation, and security at the entry point. Together, these components create a comprehensive moisture management system that promotes a cleaner, drier, and healthier crawlspace while enhancing the long-term stability of the home.
