Job completed for Tom&Debbie B.

Completion date: December 13, 2011

Location: Portland, IN

Solutions provided:

For this project, our team began with a complete crawlspace cleanout, removing all debris and damaged materials to create a fresh starting point for the improvements. Once cleared, we installed 180 feet of AmeriDrain Crawlspace Drainage System to effectively manage water intrusion and direct it away from the foundation.
To ensure dependable water removal, we added a SuperSump sump station, providing strong and reliable pumping capacity to keep the space dry during heavy rains.
Next, we encapsulated the crawlspace with 1,690 square feet of CleanSpace Encapsulation System, creating a sealed barrier that helps prevent moisture, mold growth, and musty odors. To further protect the home’s air quality and structural health, we also installed a Sedona dehumidifier, one of the most energy-efficient systems available, designed to keep humidity levels under control year-round.
