Replaced an old unit with a new M53 Zoeller sump pump to ensure reliable water removal and protect the crawlspace from flooding.




Moisture Protection:


Installed 676 square feet of CleanSpace® encapsulation liner to seal out ground moisture and improve the overall environment.


Applied 78 feet of 2-inch foam board insulation to the crawl space walls, adding thermal protection and enhancing energy efficiency.




Structural Repair:


Completed 5 feet of sill plate replacement to restore the integrity of deteriorated wood components.




Wood Protection:


Applied a Timbor Spray treatment to exposed wooden surfaces to help prevent mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms.
