Installed 162 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System along the crawl space perimeter to manage groundwater and direct it efficiently to the sump system.




Sump Pump Installation:


Installed 1 AmeriSump Sump Pump Station to provide reliable water evacuation and protect the foundation from hydrostatic pressure.




Moisture Protection:


Installed 984 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire crawl space floor to prevent ground moisture from entering the air and damaging structural components.




Vent Replacements:


Replaced old, deteriorated crawl space vents with new, durable vent covers to improve energy efficiency and seal out external humidity.
