For this crawl space project, we installed a full perimeter AmeriDrain Drainage System to effectively manage water intrusion and prevent future moisture issues. This comprehensive drainage solution ensures that any groundwater entering the crawl space is efficiently collected and directed to the designated discharge system, keeping the area dry and protected.
To further enhance moisture control, we applied 1,575 square feet of high-quality 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire crawl space floor. This vapor barrier helps reduce humidity levels, prevents mold growth, and creates a clean, dry environment.
As part of improving overall airflow and energy efficiency, we completed seven crawl space vent replacements
