Our team completed an exterior water management solution to protect the foundation and surrounding landscape. The work included:


30 feet of J-Drain exterior drainage system installed to efficiently redirect surface and subsurface water away from the home’s foundation, reducing the risk of erosion and basement leaks.


1 downspout extension added to properly discharge roof runoff away from the foundation, preventing pooling and water intrusion near the structure.
