145 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System installed along the interior perimeter to collect and direct groundwater away from the foundation, ensuring long-term protection against flooding and seepage.


1 AmeriSump Sump Pump System installed as the primary discharge solution to remove collected water from the drainage system efficiently.


1,346 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier carefully laid to the crawl space floor to reduce ground moisture and humidity levels, providing a cleaner and healthier environment.


5 crawl space vent replacements to improve airflow and maintain proper ventilation, reducing the risk of condensation and wood decay.
