Job completed for Dorothy A.

Completion date: May 4, 1996

Location: Avon, IN

Solutions provided:

Our team completed a comprehensive crawl space project that included 126 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, designed to capture and redirect groundwater, protecting the home’s foundation from moisture intrusion. To efficiently remove collected water, we installed one AmeriSump sump station, providing reliable and long-term drainage.
As part of the structural repairs, we replaced 9 feet of rim joist and plate, 5 feet of sill plate, and installed one sister joist, reinforcing the crawl space framing and ensuring structural stability.
To improve moisture control, we installed 1,250 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment that reduces humidity, prevents mold growth, and protects the crawl space from water damage.
