We installed 190 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System to effectively manage water intrusion and maintain a dry crawl space. To further protect the home from moisture and improve air quality, we encapsulated the area with 1,602 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier.
Additionally, we applied 1,602 square feet of Timbor treatment to all exposed wood surfaces. This preventive treatment helps guard against mold, wood decay, and pest activity, ensuring long-term structural integrity and a healthier home environment.
