We completed a full crawl space cleanout, removing all debris to create a safe and accessible work area. As part of the structural reinforcement process, our team replaced 66 feet of 2x8 center beam, ensuring proper load distribution and restoring structural integrity.
To provide long-term stability and correct any settling or sagging, we installed 11 SmartJack adjustable jack posts beneath the new beam. These high-strength supports are designed to permanently stabilize and lift the floor system as needed.
