Our team performed a complete crawl space cleanout, removing debris and preparing the area for a full waterproofing and encapsulation system. We installed 146 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System, directing groundwater to a reliable AmeriSump sump pump station for effective moisture control.
To provide long-term protection, we encapsulated the space with 1,084 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing the crawl space from ground moisture and improving overall indoor air quality. We also applied 1,484 square feet of Timbor treatment to all exposed wood for mold and pest prevention, ensuring structural integrity.
Finally, we installed a Sedona dehumidifier, offering industry-leading humidity control to maintain a clean, dry environment year-round.
