Job completed for Michael A.

Completion date: October 8, 2003

Location: Noblesville, IN

Solutions provided:

Our team completed a comprehensive crawl space project that included both water management and structural reinforcement. The work began with the installation of 135 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, which ensures proper water collection and prevents groundwater intrusion. This system was paired with a reliable AmeriSump sump pump station to effectively discharge water away from the foundation, providing long-term protection against flooding and moisture buildup.
To address potential wood decay and pest issues, we applied 1,200 square feet of Timbor treatment spray across all exposed wooden surfaces. This treatment helps prevent fungal growth and protects the integrity of the structural components.
For structural reinforcement, our team replaced 12 feet of deteriorated sill plate and installed four 2x8 sister joists, enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the existing floor system. These repairs ensure a stronger, more stable crawl space structure.
