This project involved a complete moisture management and protection upgrade for the crawl space. The installation included 120 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System, designed to effectively capture and redirect groundwater away from the foundation to prevent flooding and water intrusion issues.
To manage collected water, we installed a high-performance SuperSump sump pump system, ensuring reliable water removal and long-term protection against excess moisture.
The crawl space floor was fully encapsulated with 1,150 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment that drastically reduces humidity levels and prevents mold growth. For additional wood protection, we applied 1,150 square feet of Timbor treatment spray to all exposed wooden components, safeguarding the structure against fungal decay and wood-boring pests.
