Our team at Americrawl recently completed a comprehensive
crawl space repair designed to eliminate moisture issues and protect the
customer’s home for years to come. The project began with the installation of a
crawlspace drainage system, carefully engineered to capture and direct
groundwater to a high-performance sump pump. This solution prevents standing
water and reduces the risk of foundation damage.

Once drainage was secured, we performed a full crawlspace
encapsulation, sealing the area with a durable vapor barrier to block outside
humidity, soil gases, and musty odors from entering the home. To maintain
clean, dry air conditions year-round, we installed a high-efficiency crawlspace
dehumidifier, capable of regulating humidity levels and preventing mold growth.

For safe and lasting access, the customer’s crawlspace was
also upgraded with a Turtl crawl space access system. This lockable, airtight
entry point not only improves energy efficiency but also provides long-term
protection against pests and weather.
