For this project, our team delivered a complete solution to address water intrusion and moisture concerns in the crawl space. The scope of work included:


162 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System installed along the interior perimeter of the crawl space to effectively capture groundwater and prevent standing water issues.


One AmeriSump Sump Station strategically installed to ensure efficient removal of collected water, keeping the space dry and protected.


One Sedona Dehumidifier, a high-capacity unit designed to control humidity levels, improve indoor air quality, and prevent mold growth throughout the crawl space and connected areas.


1,648 square feet of Timbor Treatment applied to all exposed wood surfaces to protect against mold, wood decay, and insect damage, ensuring the long-term integrity of the structure.
