For this project, our team completed a full crawl space improvement plan designed to address moisture control and structural protection. The work included:

One full crawl space cleanout, removing all debris, old insulation, and any organic material that could contribute to mold or wood rot.

One AmeriSump Sump Station installed as the central pumping solution for effective water removal and long-term reliability.

1,685 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier installed across the entire crawl space floor to seal out ground moisture and improve air quality.

1,685 square feet of Timbor Spray applied to all exposed wood surfaces, providing a long-lasting protective treatment against mold, mildew, and wood-destroying insects.
