Job completed for Deborah A.

Completion date: April 21, 2016

Location: Franklin, IN

Solutions provided:

This project involved a complete crawlspace drainage and access improvement system to protect the home from water intrusion and structural issues. The work included the installation of 246 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Crawlspace Drainage System, strategically placed along the interior perimeter to capture and direct groundwater away from the foundation.
To ensure efficient water removal, we installed two AmeriSump sump stations, providing a dual-pump setup for optimal protection and redundancy during heavy rainfall or high water table conditions.
Additionally, we upgraded the crawlspace with two new steel crawlspace access doors, offering secure, durable entry points that resist corrosion and improve overall energy efficiency. For exterior safety and drainage enhancement, we installed two area wells, which prevent soil and debris buildup around basement windows while facilitating proper water management.
