For this project, our team completed an extensive crawl space drainage and structural repair solution to ensure the integrity and protection of the home. The work included:


219 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System installed around the full perimeter of the crawl space to effectively manage groundwater and prevent future moisture issues.


38 feet of rim joists and plates replaced to restore the strength of the outer framing structure.


78 feet of sill plate replacement, reinforcing the base of the home where the walls meet the foundation.


36 full-length floor joists installed to address weakened or deteriorated joists and provide long-lasting structural stability
