Job completed for Jake A.

Completion date: December 26, 2014

Location: Pittsboro, IN

Solutions provided:

This project involved a comprehensive reinforcement of the crawlspace structure to address sagging floors and ensure long-term stability. The scope of work included:

5 SmartJacks installed along the existing center beam to provide additional support and correct any settling or unevenness in the floor system.

Installation of a 34-foot 2x10 helper beam paired with 8 SmartJacks set on 8 custom-poured concrete pads to distribute weight evenly and strengthen load-bearing capacity.

An additional 38-foot 2x10 helper beam was installed, supported by 10 SmartJacks, each positioned on 10 individually poured concrete pads for maximum stability and durability.

These combined measures deliver adjustable, permanent support to the floor system, preventing future settlement and maintaining structural integrity throughout the home.
