This project began with the complete removal of 1,780 square feet of moldy insulation from the crawl space, ensuring all contaminated materials were properly cleaned out to restore a healthy environment. After the cleanout, we installed 1,780 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation, fully encapsulating the area to prevent future moisture intrusion and improve air quality within the home.
To protect the structural integrity of the crawl space, we also applied 1,780 square feet of Timbor Spray. This treatment is specifically designed to prevent mold growth, wood decay, and insect damage, ensuring long-term protection for all wooden components.
