This home received a waterproofing upgrade with the installation of 138 linear feet of the AkwaGuard Basement Drainage System. This system was designed to collect and direct water away from the foundation, helping to keep the basement dry and protected.
A SuperSump sump station was installed to ensure reliable pumping capacity, while an UltraSump battery backup system was added in case of power outages.
In addition, the crawl spaces attached to the basement were treated with a full Timbor spray application, safeguarding all exposed wood against mold, mildew.
