This project involved installing 172 feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system to effectively manage water intrusion and direct it safely away from the crawl space. To further protect the area, our team completed a full 1,358 square feet CleanSpace encapsulation system, sealing the crawl space from ground moisture. All exposed wood surfaces were treated with 1,358 square feet of Timbor Spray for long-lasting protection against mold and decay.
To ensure dependable water removal, we also installed a new Zoeller M53 pump along with a Sedona dehumidifier, providing superior humidity control and air quality.
