For this homeowner, our crew installed an AmeriDrain drainage system along with an AmeriSump sump station to keep the crawl space dry and protected from water intrusion. In addition to waterproofing, the project required extensive structural wood repairs. This included replacing 53 feet of damaged sill plate, reinforcing the structure with 9 sister joists, and repairing 6 feet of rim joist and plate.
