This project began with a 950-square-foot crawlspace cleanout, where all debris and unsuitable material were removed to prepare the area for proper protection. Once cleaned, we installed 950 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system, that seals the crawlspace from ground moisture and improves overall home air quality. To further control humidity levels and ensure long-term protection, a Sedona dehumidifier that will keep the relative humidity at a comfortable hummidity for the home.
