For this project, our team installed 166 feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system paired with one AmeriSump sump station to provide reliable water management and protect the crawlspace from standing water. To further control moisture and protect the home’s foundation, we placed 1,500 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor, creating a strong moisture shield. Additionally, we treated all exposed wood with 1,500 square feet of Timbor spray, offering long-term protection against mold, mildew.
To enhance peace of mind, we also added a WaterWatch alarm system, ensuring the homeowner is immediately notified in the event of rising water levels. This complete system gives the crawlspace both structural protection and long-term moisture control.
