Job completed for Jerry A.

Completion date: August 9, 2002

Location: Jamestown, IN

Solutions provided:

For this project, our team installed 146 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system paired with one AmeriSump sump pump station to effectively remove groundwater and prevent moisture buildup in the crawlspace.
In addition to moisture control, we addressed significant structural concerns. Repairs included replacing 26 feet of sill plate, installing 16 sister joists, and installing 3 full-length floor joists to restore strength and stability to the home’s foundation  system.
To complete the job, we installed a 6-mil vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor, providing a protective layer to reduce ground moisture and create a cleaner, healthier environment.
