This project involved a full crawlspace rehab to improve moisture control and protect the home’s structural wood. Our team performed one full clean-out of the crawlspace to remove debris and prepare the space for installation.
We installed 156 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system connected to one SuperSump sump station, ensuring efficient water collection and removal from the foundation. The crawlspace was then fully encapsulated with 1,313 square feet of CleanSpace, creating a sealed, dry environment. Finally, Timbor spray was applied to all exposed wood to protect against mold, mildew, and wood-destroying organisms.
