This project involved addressing water intrusion and foundation protection for the homeowner. Our team performed 28 feet of excavation, reaching depths of 4–5 feet, to access areas where water was affecting the foundation.
We applied 132 square feet of waterproof sealer to protect the exterior walls, followed by 132 square feet of 20-mil plastic sheeting to provide an additional barrier against moisture. Finally, an outside drainage system was installed to redirect water away from the foundation, ensuring long-term protection and preventing future water damage.
