This project focused on improving moisture management and air quality in the homeowner’s crawlspace. Our team installed 180 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System connected to one AmeriSump sump station to efficiently capture and remove groundwater, protecting the foundation from water intrusion.
To further enhance crawlspace protection, we laid 1,250 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier, sealing the floor and creating a dry, controlled environment. Additionally, one vent replacement was performed to improve ventilation and airflow, ensuring proper humidity control throughout the space.
