This project involved a full crawlspace renovation to address moisture, structural concerns, and wood protection. Our team installed 80 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System connected to one AmeriSump sump station with an UltraSump battery backup for reliable water management, even during power outages.
To improve crawlspace conditions, we applied 400 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation and 400 square feet of Timbor spray to protect exposed wood from mold and decay. Additionally, 64 square feet of subfloor was replaced to restore structural integrity and provide a stable, level surface.
