This project involved reinforcing the basement’s structural support to ensure long-term stability and safety. Our team installed 45 feet of 4-inch steel I-beam to strengthen critical load-bearing areas and provide a durable backbone for the floor system above.
To support the new I-beam, we installed 14 adjustable basement post jacks, strategically placed to evenly distribute weight and provide precise vertical support.
