For this project, we installed 125 feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system along the crawlspace perimeter, connected to one AmeriSump pump station for reliable groundwater removal. To protect the space from moisture, we applied 1,100 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation along with 1,100 square feet of Timbor spray for mold and wood protection.
A full 1,100-square-foot crawlspace clean-out was also completed, ensuring the area was cleared of debris before installation. Finally, a 25-foot discharge line was installed to direct water safely away from the home’s foundation.
