This project involved a complete crawlspace transformation to address both water management and structural concerns. Our team installed a full perimeter AmeriDrain drainage system throughout the crawlspace, paired with a reliable AmeriSump pump station to keep groundwater under control and protect the foundation from excess moisture.
In addition to the drainage work, we performed structural wood repairs, replacing and reinforcing weakened components of the crawlspace to restore strength and stability to the home’s foundation. Finally install a 6 mil vapor barrier to lower humidity in the crawlspace
