Job completed for Tom A.

Completion date: March 24, 2007

Location: Anderson, IN

Solutions provided:

This project required a full crawlspace overhaul to address both moisture issues and structural concerns. Our team installed 220 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System along with a new AmeriSump sump pump to efficiently manage groundwater. A new steel crawlspace access door was also added for improved durability and maintenance entry.
We performed fiberglass insulation and debris removal to clear out deteriorated materials before completing structural repairs. This included 17 feet of sill plate replacement and the installation of 10 sister joists to reinforce weakened floor framing. To further protect the wood components, a Timbor Spray treatment was applied.
For moisture protection, we installed a 6-mil vapor barrier covering 1,750 square feet, ensuring the crawlspace remains dry.
