Our crew started by installing AmeriDrain Drainage System to effectively capture and direct water away from the crawlspace, preventing pooling and reducing hydrostatic pressure. A new crawlspace access door was added for improved entryway. To control ground moisture, we laid a durable vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor.
For additional protection against wood decay and pest activity, our crew applied Timbor Spray to all exposed structural wood surfaces. Finally, a complete debris removal was performed, clearing out old materials, dirt buildup, and potential mold-harboring waste.
