Brian and crew installed 40 feet of J Drain along the foundation to efficiently capture both surface runoff and groundwater. The collected water was then directed into a 60-foot daylight extension, allowing it to discharge safely downhill, far away from the home’s foundation. By extending the system to daylight, we ensured that water flows freely by gravity without relying on a sump pump to discharge the water away.
