Americrawl performed a full crawl space cleanout and extracted 750 square feet of soil to improve air circulation and accessibility. We installed 160 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system connected to a SuperSump pump station, ensuring reliable water removal from the foundation. The crawl space was fully encapsulated with 1,050 square feet of CleanSpace liner, and 1,050 square feet of Timbor Spray was applied to protect all exposed wood surfaces from mold, mildew, and wood-destroying organisms. A Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain  humidity levels, and a new steel crawl space access was installed for safe and convenient entry.
