Americrawls crew installed 184 linear feet of AmeriDrain perimeter drainage, channeling water to a newly installed AmeriSump pump station for efficient removal. The crawl space was fully encapsulated with 1,844 square feet of CleanSpace liner, creating a bright, sealed, and moisture-free environment. For humidity control, a Sedona Dehumidifier was installed, ensuring long-term air quality protection. We also applied 1,844 square feet of Timbor Spray to all exposed wood to help prevent mold growth and insect damage. Finally, we re-shimmed the existing concrete piers to restore level support to the home’s structure.
